Your product will be covered by a warranty provided by Discount Digital Photographics, the manufacturer or a third party warranty service provider. We support all cameras and lenses sold.

Warranties

If your product develops a manufacturer defect within the term of the warranty and you are unsure what to do, please contact us.

• Provided it is a manufacturer defect, we will cover the cost of posting the item back to us and the servicing. In all cases, email or telephone before you return the item. If the item you are claiming for in-warranty servicing is subsequently found not have a manufacturer defect, we reserve the right to hold the item until shipping cost to return the item to you is paid for.

• If your product is covered by our camera and video repair service warranty issuer, please contact them directly as per the instructions in the documentation we supplied to you.

• If your camera has a manufacturer defect and it is within 7 days of purchase, let us know and we guarantee to replace the item.

Extended Warranties

We also sell extended warranties for cameras, video cameras, laptops and televisions. You need not have purchased your item from us to buy an extended warranty. However, you need to purchase an extended warranty within 30 days of your purchase, have a receipt, and your seller is a transparently reputable company.
