Extended warranties

All the products we sell come with a warranty (specified in the details with each item).

For those who want to secure against manufacturer defects for a lengthier period, we also offer extended warranties for cameras, lenses and video camcorders.

Note that you need not have purchased from us. However, the following terms apply:
1. you need to have purchased your item new
2. you must buy the warranty within 30 days of purchase of the item
3. you must provide a copy of your receipt, if the item was not purchased from us, and 4. the company from which you purchased the item must be a registered company that is transparently reputable.
