Discount Digital Photographics IS NOT A RETAIL STORE, and our Sydney and Brisbane outlets are for pickups. There is no onsite facilities for technical advice. For all technical advice, you should email or telephone us. This allows us to help the greatest number of customers at the lowest cost, which is reflected in our prices. All cameras and electronics items we sell are genuine manufacturers' products. All accessories that are supplied with the cameras such as batteries and memory cards are as per the original package offered by the manufacturer.
